Bell

Olivia Bell is a Partner and Head of our Care Proceedings & Children Services Team. She trained with the firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2003.

Olivia’s practice is principally in the area of child care and share she deals with both private and public law children work representing children, parents and other family members where there are disputes within families or involvement with Children Services.

Olivia is a member of the Law Society Children Law Accreditation Scheme and is also a trained mediator. She offers a specialist service, not regularly available elsewhere, acting independently to achieve an agreement between the parties involved in contested issues surrounding a divorce or separation, with a view to minimise any lasting friction.

Olivia receives numerous instructions from guardians to represent the interests of children in court proceedings and is highly regarded for her straightforward and commonsense approach.

Olivia is also responsible for our Legal Aid franchise, and for our accreditations by Lexcel and Investors in People.
