Bromleys’ Court of Protection Team recognised on a national scale

A wonderful time was had by all at The British Wills & Probate Awards which were held on 17th October 2019 at The Belfry Hotel & Spa in Sutton Coldfield.

Bromleys’ Court of Protection team were shortlisted amongst the elite for ‘Court of Protection Team of the Year’ as one of the top 3 teams of specialists in the country.

The category recognises law firms that support the most vulnerable members of society by showing a compassionate and empathetic approach to client care and the highest standards of technical excellence.

Partner and head of the Court of Protection team David Hilton said “Whilst we didn’t bring home the award on the night, we are absolutely thrilled to be a finalist.”

“It’s such an achievement for the team and we have it on good merit that it was “a very close call indeed”. Having already “beaten off stiff competition from much larger firms” we can certainly hold our own.”

Managing Partner Mark Hirst said “This is absolutely outstanding and a tribute to the skill, dedication, and expertise of the team. A fabulous achievement which has been recognised on a national scale.”

The sold-out event was hosted by ex-Royal Correspondent Jenny Bond featured below with Bromleys’ Hannah Thomas and Carol Parker.

Dave Newick, Managing Director of headline sponsors – Arken.legal (UK) Ltd co-hosted the event said:

“We’re thrilled to be returning as headline sponsor of The British Wills and Probate Awards. We enjoyed catching up with everyone and celebrating the achievements that have been made over the last 12 months.
