Bromleys has been reaccredited with the Law Society’s prestigious Lexcel quality mark, recognising the firm’s commitment to excellence in areas such as client care and legal practice management.

The firm has held the accreditation continuously since 2005.

It shows that the procedures and policies adopted by Bromleys are of the highest standard.

Lexcel applies to areas of operation such as financial and information management, client care, people and risk management and file and case management.

It helps Bromleys to:

  • Improve the service we provide to our clients;
  • Conduct effective risk management, leading to fewer complaints and claims;
  • Demonstrate we offer best value.

Lexcel is one of a number of important accreditations held by Bromleys. Others include Investors in People Gold status.

The assessors highlighted as key strengths Bromleys’ team working ethos, commitment to high standards of client care, ability to attract and retain new clients and to provide support for staff to balance their home and work lives.

They said the firm operates with an open and approachable management style with a high degree of staff involvement, which encourages people to perform at their best.

They added in their report: “Partners are forward-thinking and continue to plan ahead to grow the practice. Senior management understand how to motivate people and encourage people to come up with ideas for improvement.”
