Bromleys partner Paul Westwell has become a member of the Compulsory Purchase Association, which promotes best practice skills for professionals who specialises in this area of work.

Paul is an experienced solicitor who advises on the full range of commercial, corporate and commercial property matters, including compulsory purchase.

The CPA is an independent organisation with more than 600 members nationally, ranging from solicitors, accountants and barristers to surveyors, planners and others associated with the delivery or management of compulsory purchase.

Bromleys is the only law firm in Ashton-under-Lyne to have membership of the CPA.

Paul said: “We are committed to delivering the best possible service to clients, and joining the CPA and sharing best practice gives me the opportunity to further improve our offering.

“Every business is likely to be involved at some stage in a property transaction, whether as a tenant, owner, developer or landlord. When compulsory purchase matters arise, it’s vital to have someone with specialist and up-to-date knowledge acting as an adviser.”
